Six Months, alot of (card)board boxes(!!!!!!), alot of people, new friendships and a co-op in the mix. A pretty half year for Chippo residences!

The local Chippo Markets have been going for six months now! We have alot of fun doing these markets, with new additions every week. Last week we sold some home made and delicious feta and spinich muffins as well as our Organic Sourdough bread from La Tartine. This week, we will be serving something a little sweeter for you to bite into with your morning coffee! - Muffins, muffins, muffins...

As you may have noticed, the weather is changing, thus the season, thus the produce.... SO we are re-evauluting the standard mix at the moment, considering what we can get locally. Our wonderful Gourmet Potato Farmer : Norman Potatoes (as is his nickname from us ) has finished up for the season! So we will be looking around for other sources that still produce LOCALLY.

As summer comes in you will be seeing more Fruit. (We will continue to be a sustainable group, making deals with growers who are already travelling to Sydney and in our local area so we can maintain a low carbon footprint! ) however we still want you to all enjoy the melons, strawberries and bananas as the heat warms! (personally, I would suggest winter is over)
